Kids on Friday: $1 per item, burger or hot dog, and includes drinks, sides and a ticket for prize raffle.

Minutes From Planning Meeting 3-4-2010

Minutes For Class Reunion Meeting
March 4th, 2010

Attendees:
Brad Plothow, Stefanie Plothow, Colt Smith, Brian Day

--Meeting called to order

Old Business
--Discussion of Class spreadsheet, over 250 names are currently on the spreadsheet, some in need of emails and addresses
--Reviewed photos of the high school and Green Springs' Park
--Setup food near lockers in Commons Area
--Screen in Commons Area for movie/side show
--Park
--Need Portable Pavilions
--Toys
--Two charcoal grills, but will want to use gas grills anyway. Get people to bring gas grills to the park.
--Splash Pad
--Bathrooms and drinking fountains
--Basketball and Tennis Courts
--Not a ton of parking(Encourage people to car pool)
--Create E-Packets, and actual packets with itineraries and maps for people once they register.
--Giveaways
--T-Shirts from basketball, mostly large and XL
