We're starting to drill down some details on the reunion. Some of those details will be released, other kept close to the vest to maintain a sense of anticipation for the reunion. Right now, there are two things we need from our fellow PVHS 2000-ers:
(1) Contact info. We set up a Google spreadsheet where we're aggregating contact info for all classmates. Send me an e-mail at brad.plothow@gmail.com, and I'll give you permission to access the spreadsheet and add your info.
As we get closer, key communications will be done directly through e-mail, so be sure to include an account you check regularly.
(2) Photos. We need current photo(s), one of you from senior year, and any other current and HS-era shots you'd care to send (including the ones of Travis Bentley in that Britney Spears T-shirt I bought).
E-mail them to pvclassof2000@gmail.com. We need to start acquiring these now so we can focus on the finer details as we get closer. Thanks for your help!

Make sure if you do go to the Google document that you look for your name and update it if it's already there so we don't get lots of repeats! If it's not there add yourself (married ladies may have to look under both their maiden and married name, we've been entering stuff both ways)!
ReplyDeleteQuestion on the spread sheet-
ReplyDeleteall I have to do is add info right? No saving or re-sending. The info will stay?
Yep, it saves it automatically! :)
ReplyDeleteI still need to do restitution, do they have it on Saturday's still?
ReplyDeleteYa, but don't be late, they still lock those damn doors.
ReplyDeleteI have an idea/suggestion for the spreadsheet. As far as how we are listening all persons with maiden names, can we list them alphabetically according to their maiden name and then put their married name in parentheses? (Ex. Hacker (Behunin), Mik'l) The only reason I suggest this is because there have been a couple of people I have finally gotten ahold of, but turns out they were already on the spreadsheet, I just didn't know their married names. If we list according to the name we all remember then maybe we can avoid this in the future. Your thoughts?
